Carisoprodol: It can be used for the treatment of muscle and tissue injury caused due to accidents or sudden impacts. Cyclobenzaprine: This is an excellent antidote for muscle spasms, also known as cramps. Due to its immediate action on muscle including cardiac muscles, people with a history of heart problems are strictly advised against using this medication. For pregnant women, Cyclobenzaprine is the safest muscle relaxant available today.

Dantrolene: If you have been suffering from chronic back pain or spasms, this is the best shot at curing it. It is also advised for people with heart problems, as opposed to Cyclobenzaprine. One common side effect is drowsiness.
